Daisy Rivera has over 25 years of experience as a CEO assistant and interacting with customers. She studied in New York and graduated from Grace Dodge Career and Technical Education HS, studied Secretarial Administration at the Bronx Community College and attended the Universidad Catolica de Puerto Rico for a Bilingual Instructor certification.

Her experience, qualifications and strong communication skills are the perfect match for her role at OG Benefits as our Customer Experience Specialist.

She gives practical, actionable, and intelligent guidance to the employees for a deeper understanding of their benefits in order to allow them make informed decisions. Daisy is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
