Laura Banner – Marketing & Project Manager

Laura Banner, our Human Resources Operations Manager, is an integral part of the team at OG Benefits. She is a bilingual senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources managing multi-country teams at global companies.

She has expertise in aligning and leading HR strategies focused on excellent organizational health and growth, talent development, change management and communication of results in a clear, concise digitalized manner.

Strong background in employee engagement through creative human resources initiatives promoting and implementing successful equality, diversity, and socially responsible programs. Her strong focus in employee wellbeing and business strategy goals results in excellent compensation and benefits analysis and programs.

She is a licensed Texas Life & Health agent and that complements her benefits and financial knowledge. Laura attended the General Management program, one of the top executive leadership trainings at PAD-School of Management University of Piura and has specific certifications in Human Resources Management, Compensation, Position and Performance Management, Remuneration Analysis, Labor Costs Optimization all from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
